Eid Al Etihad 2026 corporate gifts: what to decide from 16 October
From 16 October to 2 December 2026 there are 47 calendar days. For a new corporate gift brief, prioritise a clear recipient list, an established product direction and presentation that can be sampled promptly. An original manufactured piece needs a separate feasibility review. Work backwards from your actual company handover, which may be before 2 December, and confirm the project schedule before production.

Use the company handover as the deadline
Eid Al Etihad marks the UAE’s Union on 2 December. That commemorative date is not automatically your gift-delivery date. Your internal celebration, branch distribution or recipient travel plans may require the gifts earlier. Keep the announced holiday arrangements separate from the working delivery plan.
As of 16 October, the remaining window is close to the 6–8 weeks we use as an initial planning point for established products with branded packaging. It is shorter than our usual 3–4 month starting window for original development. Neither figure confirms that a particular product can meet your date.
- Confirm the final handover date and each delivery destination first.
- Separate employees, clients and VIPs, then assign an approximate quantity to each group.
Compare three gift directions
For a workplace presentation, compare a personalised leather folio with a stone-and-leather desk ensemble. A folio follows the recipient between meetings; a desk ensemble depends more on the person’s working space and taste. Use one restrained visual identity and a named appreciation card across both levels.
For a hospitality-led VIP brief, explore MUSE’s architectural oud-burner designs. Confirm the selected form, finish and presentation before including it in the delivery plan. An EKETOP kinetic top provides a playful desk alternative for design-minded or innovation-focused recipients. Choose by the individual rather than by title alone.
- Professional direction: leather folio or desk ensemble.
- Hospitality direction: architectural oud burner, with the form and use confirmed.
- Unexpected direction: a tactile kinetic desk object with coordinated packaging.
Keep new manufacturing decisions specific
An original metal piece can express an anniversary, architectural idea or company story. At this stage, assess whether the project uses an already developed direction or needs new design, prototypes and tooling. Those are different procurement routes even when the presentation image looks equally simple.
If a new form cannot be agreed and sampled within a credible project plan, choose an established product for this campaign and develop the original piece for a later milestone. This lets the current occasion retain a considered gift without treating a concept image as a finished item.
- Confirm what already exists and what still needs development.
- Approve the material and finish on a sample, not only in a rendering.
Decisions to close next
This is a suggested sequence for a mid-October brief. The actual dates belong in the approved project schedule. Product confirmation, artwork and packaging should move together so a late decision on one does not invalidate the others.
- First: recipients, quantities, required date, destinations and preferred products.
- Next: sourcing terms, selected version, permitted decoration and presentation dimensions.
- Then: Arabic/English greeting, names, physical sample and sign-off owner.
- Before production: the agreed scope, inspection approach, packing plan and delivery schedule.
Send one clear brief
Share your company event date, recipient groups, approximate quantities and two or three preferred directions with MUSE. Include whether names are required and whether the gifts travel to one office or multiple destinations.
We will compare the product and presentation routes against that brief and confirm what can be proposed. A coordinated gift family can carry one identity across employees, clients and VIPs without giving everyone the same object.

Buyer questions
Is 16 October too late to begin Eid Al Etihad gifts?
It is a useful point to assess established products and presentation, but feasibility depends on the exact product, quantity, approvals and handover date. Confirm the schedule for the specific brief rather than assuming delivery.
Can we still start a completely new manufactured gift?
Review design, prototypes, tooling and transport as one feasibility decision. A new form may not suit a close handover; an established product can be compared while original development is planned for a later milestone.
Do all recipient groups need the same National Day gift?
No. A coherent campaign can use different products and presentation levels for employees, clients and VIPs, connected by one identity and an appropriate Arabic or bilingual greeting.
